亚米厨房之五谷杂粮粥

我们中国人几乎好像都很喜欢喝粥.夏天喝一碗冰的五谷杂粮红豆粥不仅可以消暑还可以美容养生.冬天就更不用说了.来玩热腾腾一碗粥.真的是暖到心窝里了.


我们喜欢把各种材料放入粥里.味道可以淡、咸、甜、稠的、稀的、总之都各领风骚!五谷杂粮粥可以有薏米.红豆.黄豆.绿豆.黑豆.果干.红枣.....等等.


基于现在是夏天.这次女王来给大家讲解一下如何用高压锅/电饭煲煮出一碗解暑的粥(这次亚米厨房奖励就是电饭煲了哦.会送出555只锅哦)👏👏👏.

还是那句话.材料大家可以更改.可以按自己的身体对症下粥!





⬆️这是女王家里的instant pot 高压锅.也是一款万能锅.我就按照这个锅的功能来教大家煮法吧

(请忽略上面的中文😂因为平常都是婆婆煮.她看中文比较不会看错)




1⃣️ 糯米杂粮一碗.红豆半碗.红枣几颗.莲子10来粒.桂圆几颗.薏米半碗.全部洗干净后倒入高压锅里.

(不着急的话可以先将这些食材泡1-2小时再入锅煮)


2⃣️加水,水的分量也是看自己喜欢稠的还是稀的.一般建议3-5碗的水.


3⃣️然后选择 按键 Multigrain【杂粮】.这个键一般是高压.默认40分钟.


4⃣️煮好后.出锅加入红糖.搅拌均匀就可以开吃啦😋



很简单吧,电饭锅可不是只是用来煮饭的哦!
