I don’t think the description of raw toast is accurate, but it still tastes pretty good as a milk toast. The milky fragrance is obvious, the sweetness is just right, and the texture of the bread is more resilient, a bit like a Danish bun.
It is very satisfying to eat it directly, slice it into a concave shape, and make a sandwich.

来推荐一个适合做懒人早餐的小面包: 乐锦记魔方生吐司。其实一袋有4个，只不过还没拍照已经被我干掉2个😬。
我觉得生吐司这个描述不太准确，作为牛奶手撕包的话味道还是相当不错的。奶香很明显，甜度也正好，面包质地比较有韧性，有点像丹麦包的感觉。
直接撕着吃，切片凹造型，做成三明治都很让人满意。
