Sanwei Crisp House is a popular pastry brand from Xiamen. Not only does the name have a distinctive name, but the packaging also looks like a book📖, which is very interesting. Its black pineapple cake and avocado cake are too hot. I was in a state of gluttony until I bought it on Yami and I was full of joy!

1️⃣Cheese cheesecake
The fillings are from the outside to the inside: Xuemei Niangpi→Cheddar cheese sauce (mung bean paste, cheese powder, etc.)→cream cheese→dried strawberry. Rich taste, rich milky aroma, just right sweetness.
2️⃣ Durian Crisp
It is the durian crisp with the most suitable sweetness I have ever eaten. The outer skin is soft and tender, the fragrance is overflowing, and the inner filling perfectly restores the taste of the durian itself.
3️⃣ Mochi Custard Crisp
The custard filling is made of salted egg yolk and mung bean paste. There is also a layer of snowy maiden skin in the middle. The taste and texture are very good. The sweetness is the lowest among these varieties, suitable for those who don't like sweetness.
4️⃣ Avocado Crisp
The windiest one is the one that disappointed me a little, because there is actually no avocado flavor, and the color of the filling and the outer skin are derived from artificial colors. In fact, the overall taste is also good, but don't expect too much.

三味酥屋是来自厦门的人气酥点品牌，不但名字富有特色，包装也通通做成了书本📖的样子，极具趣味性。它家的黑凤梨酥和牛油果酥火得不行。我一直处于被馋坏的状态，直到在亚米上买到，一饱口福！
味道排名🏆:
1️⃣乳酪芝士酥
内馅从外到内依次是雪媚娘皮→切达芝士酱(绿豆沙，芝士粉等)→奶油奶酪→草莓干。口感丰富，奶香浓郁，甜度刚好。
2️⃣榴莲酥
是我吃过甜度最合适的榴莲酥，外皮软嫩，香味四溢，内馅最中间完美还原榴莲本身的口感。
3️⃣麻薯奶黄酥
奶黄馅是咸蛋黄和绿豆沙做的，中间还有一层雪媚娘皮，味道口感都十分出彩，甜度是这几款里最低的，适合不喜甜的小伙伴。
4️⃣牛油果酥
风最大却让我略微有点失望的一款，因为实际上并没有什么牛油果的味道，内馅和外皮的颜色都来源于人工色素。其实总体味道也是不错的，但是期望不要太高。
总体来说它家的几款酥都做的很出色，外皮不是酥到掉渣的那种，比较湿润，吃起来不噎人，内馅也都别出心裁，整体甜度恰到好处，我个人觉得比陈允宝泉好吃，推荐大家试一试。
