Material preparation (for two persons):

8, then Take a chopstick and press a slit in the middle of the flattened dough

9, Begin Pull the noodles to both sides (the thickness of the noodles depends on how thick you want to eat, there is no rule here~)

11, Put the good noodles into boiling water and cook for two minutes👌, then put them in a bowl~ (repeat steps for the next three doughs7- 9)

❤️自制油泼扯面❤️

噔噔噔~ 这次给大家安利油泼扯面的做法~


看到下图👇是不是口水都流下来了😄😄


别急,跟着我的步骤走,你也可以完美的做出一碗香喷喷的🍜


教程开始啦~~



材料准备(两人份):


面团材料: 中筋面粉 250克, 20克, 130 毫升(根据不同面粉的吸水性,可能会需要多于130或小于130


配料: 青菜适量,蒜蓉适量,生抽适量,香醋适量,辣椒面和花椒适量

开始制作面团啦~


1 把中筋面粉倒入一个盘子里,慢慢加水揉成面团 👇



2 然后盖上保鲜膜室温放置20分钟 


⚠️ Tips 在这期间,可以把配料准备好~

3 20分钟后取出面团,揉成光滑面


4 拿一个碟子,倒点油


5 把面团切成四份,然后揉成椭圆形


6 椭圆形面团沾油 (如下图👇),盖上保鲜膜室温2小时



接下来的扯面过程,因为我满手都占满油扯面不好拍摄,所以没图😢😢 


不过小伙伴们不用担心,跟着我的步骤,聪明的你一样可以做出来~ 


7 两小时后,取出椭圆形面团,在案板上压扁

8 然后拿一根筷子在压扁的面团中间平压一条缝

9 开始往两边扯面 (扯面的厚度取决于你想吃多厚,这里没有规定~)


⚠️10 扯面前,可以准备锅煮沸水~

11 扯好的面放入沸水中煮两分钟就👌,然后放入碗中~ (接下来的三个面团重复步骤7- 9

12 青菜放入沸水中烫30秒左右,然后放入碗中~

13 把配料都依次放入碗中(生抽、香醋、盐、辣椒面、花椒、蒜蓉、青葱)

14 热油:在锅中倒点油,热到开始冒烟就OK然后倒入碗中~


这时,你会听到热油滋滋的响声,辣椒面的香味扑面而来~
