饼皮白白软软的，很容易就能掰开。中间是绿豆沙和榴莲馅，很细腻，吃在嘴里能慢慢融化的感觉，还有榴莲果肉的纤维。最中间的蛋黄用料很足，味道浓郁。
榴莲控一定会喜欢这款点心，榴莲香味特别浓。不过整体口感偏甜，比较适合搭配茶来享用。
