The ramen soup is more of a sweet, sour, and a little spicy mixed flavor. I put some napa cabbage and an egg into the ramen. After putting the ramen into a bowl, I put some shredded cheese on top and cover the bowl for about 2 minutes. Then you’ll get a bowl of cheesy kimchi ramen!! Very authentic. It’s a must try for kimchi ramen lovers.
