I bought a few ready-to-eat crab sticks at Yami before. They are quite big, chewy, and have a strong crab flavor, which made me feel a little fishy, so I simply used them to make crab sticks. The size of this crab stick is equivalent to 2~3 frozen crab sticks, so it is enough to put two eggs and one crab stick for one person. Put some black pepper to get rid of the fishy smell when it is about to come out of the pot, sandwich it in the whole wheat cake/bread, it is delicious, healthy and full. Using it instead of frozen crab sticks has another great advantage: no need to boil the crab sticks and then cold water! Tear it into strips in advance, and throw the eggs into the pot after the eggs are basically solidified. Does saving a few minutes in the morning equal to earning it?
