The first step, preparation of ingredients:


-Soak the white fungus in cold water in advance, remove the yellow part of the root, and tear it into small pieces. (I don't have white fungus at home, so I didn't put it this time😒)


-The lotus seeds also need to be soaked in water ten minutes in advance to remove the lotus hearts. Because the lotus heart is bitter. (I bought lotus seeds with lotus hearts removed, so this step is also omitted)


-Remove the longan. (Or buy longan meat directly. Yami's longan meat is very good, recommended👍👍)


-Rinse all ingredients except rock sugar. If you have time, soak the rice and beans in water ahead of time1to 2hours. (This step is mainly to make the beans better cooked. However, if it is cooked in a pressure cooker, it can be done without soaking in advance, which has little effect)







Step 2: Pour all the cleaned ingredients, including rock sugar, into the pot, add an appropriate amount of water (the amount of water depends on personal preference. If you like to drink gruel Add a little more water, if you like thicker water, you can use a little less. It also depends on the ratio of the ingredients you add. For example, if you add millet and glutinous rice, which are more absorbent and easy to thicken the soup If so, more water will be required).







The third step: of course, cooking porridge. I use an electric pressure cooker, and the high pressure timer is 10minutes (here refers to10minutes are counted from when the pressure in the pot is sufficient and the pressure safety valve is lifted up. Don't worry about the setting, it will stop automatically when the time is up). All that's left is the agonizing wait! After the porridge is cooked, first unplug the power and wait for it to slowly deflate. After the safety valve is lowered, the pot can be boiled✌️✌️✌️

桂圆莲子八宝粥😋😋😋


最近学业紧张,有一个重要的考试在等着我 💯💯💯💪💪💪忍痛暂时告别了二群的小伙伴和小仙女们 😭😭😭读书之余,给大家奉上一碗香甜的桂圆莲子八宝粥,祝大家天天好心情!!!



小的时候“”娃哈哈“”桂圆莲子八宝粥可是我的最爱。现在好像貌似银鹭的比较火吧。其实做法真的很简单也很方便,只要把喜欢的食材准备好洗净,然后再需要一台高压锅,很快就可以喝到又香又糯又健康的八宝粥了。








所需食材明细:(这里我并没有标明具体的量。我觉得这个真的可以依照个人口味随时调整。如果里面有个别食材你不喜欢的,不放也可以哒)


桂圆


银耳


莲子


大枣


红小豆


薏米


绿豆

荞麦仁

(我家常备各种五谷杂粮,于是今天的八宝粥就变成N宝粥了😝。所有食材均可购于亚米网。感谢我大亚米!)







第一步,食材准备:


-银耳提前用凉水泡好,去掉根部黄色部分,撕成小块。(我家没有银耳了,所以这次就没有放😒


-莲子也需要提前十分钟泡水,去掉莲心。因为莲心是苦的。(我买的是已经去掉莲心的莲子,所以这一步也省啦)


-将桂圆去壳。(或者直接买桂圆肉。亚米的桂圆肉很不错,推荐👍👍


-将除冰糖外的其他所有食材都清洗干净。如果有时间,可以将米和豆子提前用水泡12个小时。(这一步主要是为了让豆子更好的煮熟。不过如果用高压锅煮的话不提前泡也可以,影响不大)







第二步:将所有清洗干净的食材包括冰糖一并倒入锅内,加入适量的水(水量的多少根据个人喜好来掌握吧。喜欢喝稀粥就略多加一点水,喜欢比较稠的水可以相对少一点儿。另外也要看你加入的食材的配比而定。比如说如果你加的小米和糯米这些比较吸水且容易稠汤的食材比较多的话,水量也会需要的相对多一些)。







第三步:当然就是煮粥啦。我用的是电高压锅,高压定时10分钟(这里指的10分钟是从锅内压力足够,压力安全阀抬上来以后开始计时的。设定好了就不用管啦,到时间会自动停哒)。剩下的就是煎熬的等待啦!粥煮好后先把电源拔下来然后等他慢慢放气,安全阀降下来之后就可以开锅啦✌️✌️✌️
