Red Hat's sandwich pancake series has several packagings, including paper boxes and paper bags, with single flavors and mixed flavors. I bought the carton version of 4 flavors, 3 pieces of each flavor. The pancake with the hat pattern on the front is very crispy, while the biscuit on the back is a bit like a snow lover, with a crispy texture.
