The noodles themselves are salty, similar to Yiping's, and the noodles themselves are excellent. Originally thought it was unreliable, but eating it... I can't describe it very well. It's a noodle dish that both DAI Bin and I love to eat, but it will be a little greasy at the end. The hot beef has a spicy taste, but other flavors are not outstanding, it is not worth recommending. The Japanese-style sauce tastes similar to Ippei's salad dressing, but not as good as Ippei.
