Bibimbap, a must for picnic, you must have it!

At the end of July, I went to Glacier National Park (Glacier National Park) with my husband to spend a few days of "savage" life. Before entering the main topic, send a beautiful town building ^^

The following is the introduction of the Yami stars on this trip: Korean EASYBAB Instant Korean Mushroom Bibimbap & Japanese ZOJIRUSHI Stainless Steel Vacuum Insulation Cup

One of the features of traveling to Glacier National Park is that each classic trail basically takes half a day to a day, and there are no restaurants and cafes during the trip, and the diet is completely self-care, so what if you want to eat hot~~ Korean bibimbap is really a good choice. There are four reasons:

1. Lightweight and easy to carry (this is very important for mountaineering backpackers)

2. Eat well

3. Easy to operate (with hot or cold water)

4. The most important one: delicious!

I don’t know why many people commented that it was not delicious, maybe everyone opened it differently. . In fact, you don't need to put all the spicy sauce packets in it, because it is really spicy, you can put 1/3 or half of it first, and I will also add a little green vegetables (such as lettuce, it will not be damaged in a sealed fresh-keeping bag within half a day). Can add a little cucumber. It takes 40 minutes to soak in cold water and 10 minutes in hot water. I brought Zojirushi's thermos for this trip. Although it's only less than 500ml, it really works. The water boiled in the morning is still hot until noon, and you only need to pour a little to the dotted line in the bag. After soaking, the taste is really good. Although it can't compare with real bibimbap (after all, there are only mushrooms in it), it is very satisfying to be able to enjoy such a hot food in a green mountain and green water. My husband and I only ate a bag of bibimbap, two sausages and some vegetables, and we were really full. Save time, effort and money!

A few pictures above ^^

This bibimbap accompanies many of our meals in the park. When there is a stove in the camp, I will fry an egg and eat it on top. In fact, because there are a lot of sauces in it, if you have the conditions, you can also add a little white rice and mix it well, so that the sauce will not be wasted.

The shape after adding the egg ^^

Let's talk about this thermos cup, although I have been in the United States for so many years, I am still not used to drinking cold water, so I use a thermos cup every day. It is even more necessary to go out in the wild countryside! Insulation cups can not only keep warm, but also cool! Small size, easy to carry, and there is a switch insurance will not leak.
