# 年货好物种草指南 # Steam noodles Today I am going to introduce one of my hometown cuisine——steam noodles. And I will use this Japanese dry noodles which are affordable and have high quality . 1. Steam the noodles for about 10 minutes on high heat. 2. Use appropriate amount of salt, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and cooking wine to make the pork belly or steak more flavored. 3. Cut some vegetables like string beans and bean sprouts or some lettuce. 4. Cook the meat. Heat oil in a hot pan, add aniseed peppers, and stir-fry until fragrant. Put the meat inside and stir fry couple minutes. Put in some hot water and cook for at least 20 minutes. 5. Stir fry the vegetables. 6. Use the meat sauce to steam the noodles. Remember to use low heat until all the sauce are absorbed by the noodles. 7. Mix the noodles with vegetables, meat and peeled garlic. And put some sesame oil.
