This is the first time I bought Lee Kum Kee Soy Bean Sauce, but I didn’t expect it to suit my taste 😁

(I put less than half a pack, and a whole pack is too salty. Season according to your own meat!)

李锦记香爆豆豉酱第一次买，没想到很合我的口味😁
而且做法也非常简单，照着背后的说明跟着做就行啦
☘️先爆香鸡肉炒出油脂，捞出备用，
☘️余油下入葱段和姜片翻炒片刻加入豆豉酱，
☘️然后再把鸡肉放火锅一起爆炒，可适量加入清水
☘️试一下味道，炒一会就可以出锅啦
味道真的非常棒👍咸香、豆豉香、葱香真的非常下饭也可以加点青椒🫑或洋葱🧅，口感更丰富！
（我放的不到半包的量，一整包就太咸了。根据自己的肉量调味哦！）
