Make sure to soak them at least 2.5 hours before cooking. Besides fry them with vegetables, meat or noodles, I actually tossed these bad boys with some ginger, bone broth, rice cake, meat balls and hot pot noodles, a few minutes later, a little hot pot was ready. Love the mushrooms of this brand, they hydrate extremely well with great quality compared to other mushrooms I have purchased in the past. These truly give that authentic flavour to our Chinese classic cuisine.
