螺獅粉很多在配料上大差不差，都有酸筍酸豆角這一類的靈魂配菜，不過在醬汁湯底上卻有很多不同的選擇，從原味的到番茄的，微辣的麻辣的，各有特色。湯底什麼口味就看自己喜好，我對螺獅粉唯一好不好吃的準則是面的部分，必須是略帶彈性，嚼的動又不軟爛的，有的一煮就差不多要化了的沒什麼口感。這款的不錯，味道挺好的，面也很好吃，有達到心目中的期待👍
