【初秋食谱】之百变香辣酱

今天主要用到的是这款饭爷落花生香酥脆辣酱。包装有点复古精致,林依轮的金字招牌更是响当当。实话实说,这款辣酱一点也不辣,主要是走花生香和辣椒香style,所以不能吃辣的妹子也完全不用担心。




1⃣️ 手撕鸡(非整鸡版)



🔹鸡翅拆骨(很多食谱都会采用整鸡,但介于我实在没有当解刨师的天分🌚🌚此次选用了鸡翅代替,骨边肉最好次😋

🔹先在沸水烫一分钟然后马上放冰水

🔹切薄一些,容易入味

🔹调汁:盐、糖、酱油、醋、切好的香菜

🔹淋上调好的汁,最后浇一勺饭爷辣酱

2⃣️酸辣粉



🔹粉条沸水下入煮八分钟

🔹准备榨菜切粒,香菜切碎

🔹再煮一小锅沸水,将煮好的粉丝放入,再依次加入醋,盐,酱油调味

🔹出锅放入榨菜粒,一勺饭爷辣酱,一把香菜(有条件的加一些肉类如卤制品或肉丸会更香哦)

3⃣️凉拌鸡丝面



🔹面条下沸水煮六分钟捞出过凉水待用

🔹黄瓜切丝,白煮鸡肉切丝,蒜剁碎

🔹芝麻酱和水按1:5和匀,加入盐

🔹碗中依次加入面,菜码,芝麻酱,一勺酱油,一勺醋,一勺饭爷辣酱

🔹热锅放入一半正常的菜油和一半花椒油然后转小火炒豆瓣酱和辣酱(⚠️⚠️⚠️一定要用小火哦,不然豆瓣酱会有糊味‼️‼️



🔹炒到散发豆瓣和辣椒香气时,加入切好的豆腐,再放入蒜蓉接着炒五分钟就可以出锅啦(Option:撒葱花更香
