Compared with the fried noodles with preservatives added, this kind of 拉面 is delicious and much healthier. It only takes a few minutes to cook and eat without any hassle.
Personally, I like the thick taste of tonkotsu, but sometimes I also want to eat Hokkaido salt flavor. 拉面, the taste is a bit similar to clear soup noodles, boiled with poached eggs and bacon, and finally add a bit of pickled cowpeas bought by Yami, not too delicious!

比起加了防腐剂的油炸面饼,这种拉面好吃而且健康很多,只要煮几分钟就可以吃完全不麻烦
个人最爱豚骨的浓厚口感,但是有时也会想吃北海道盐味拉面,口感有点类似清汤面,煮好加上荷包蛋培根,最后加一点亚米买的泡椒豇豆不要太好吃了!
