My favorite tonkotsu 拉面, Yami actually has several very good ones. Today Amway this Kyushu pork bone 拉面. The taste is rich, and it is more satisfying than the lighter ones such as soy sauce or salt. I cook a whole bag at a time, although it says for two people, but I think one person can eat it haha
