How could the most missed dish be without them!

As a foodie from Xinjiang, what I miss most is of course the big plate chicken, all kinds of barbecue, pilaf and so on!

Many friends who have eaten the big plate chicken made by me feel that there is a world of difference between them and those made by restaurants outside. What I cook is absolutely delicious (slightly exaggerated😌) but my Xinjiang food is very good!

Fried rice noodles are the favorite of Xinjiang girls! A bowl of spicy fried rice is better than anything!



Dapan chicken, free-range chicken bought by a friend at a nearby farm, plus main ingredients: Pixian bean paste, beer, and belt noodles! But the belt noodles are early, and the soup is almost gone......

(BTW, Pi County Douban Sauce is sold on Yami, very authentic , usually used to fry a spicy dish is also very good)



Bake the buns! I have done it once, and the appearance is not very good, and it failed slightly, so po buy a picture. But I really like to bite down with soup, meat and tendons. The skin is crispy with a little burnt flavor. No, I'm greedy again







Pilaf, mutton can be bought in big lumps atCostco, Some Chinese supermarkets also sell them, but they are all too tainted. Carrots can be bought directlyWalmart in a package that is cut, which is more convenient. For those who are not good at the heat, they can put the rice directly in the steaming rice pot after frying the meat. After the first steaming, turn it over and let it simmer for a while.


When I went abroad for the first month, my mother asked me if I wanted to go home, and I said I wanted to eat pilaf and barbecue😂 span>Nowadays, when friends get together and cook, there is always a big plate of chicken. Once, a little boy ate two big bowls of pilaf. Fortunately, life is becoming more and more convenient now, and many Chinese things can be bought in American supermarkets. There is also a Yami, many unexpected snacks can be bought! (Provide Yami😘)

最想念的菜怎么能缺少它们!

做为一位来自新疆的吃货,最让我想念的当然是大盘鸡,各种烧烤,抓饭等等!

很多小伙伴吃过我做的大盘鸡和外面餐馆做的都觉得天差地别。我做的简直人间美味(略夸张😌)不过我的的新疆菜却是很不错!

以下图片,炒米饭自己做的忘拍照了,所以那朋友的充充数...


炒米粉是新疆姑娘的最爱啊!一碗爆辣炒米饭比什么都好使!



大盘鸡,朋友在附近农场买的走地鸡,再加主料:郫县豆瓣酱和啤酒,还有皮带面!不过皮带面放早了,汤快没了……

BTW,郫县豆瓣酱亚米上有卖,很正宗,平常用来炒个辣菜也很不错)



烤包子!自己做过一次,外表不是很好,略失败,所以po个买的图吧。但是真的很喜欢一口咬下去有汤有肉还有筋,外皮酥脆带一点点焦味,不行我又馋了







抓饭,羊肉可以在Costco买那种一大坨的,有些中国超市也有卖,但是都太膻。胡萝卜可以直接买Walmart那种切好的一包,这样比较方便。掌握不好火候的人,可以在炒熟肉之后直接和米放在蒸米饭锅里,第一遍蒸好之后翻一下在焖一会就好。


出国第一个月时候我妈问我想不想家,我说的是我想吃抓饭烤肉😂现在朋友们聚会做饭时候总是有大盘鸡,之前有次做的抓饭让一个小男孩活活吃了两大碗。好在现在生活越来越方便,很多中国东西在美国超市就可以买到。还有个亚米,很多想不到的小吃都可以买到!(表白亚米😘
