Take my stomach home!

Going out, with a homesick stomach, life is also very difficult!

Step 1: Dice the mushrooms, mince the garlic cloves and put all the Stir the ingredients evenly.

Mapo Tofu


Ingredient Preparation: Lee Kum Kee Mapo Tofu Sauce    Boxed Tofu    span>Scallions   Meat in cowpea st0 meat😄   0 span0Zanthoxylum chili oil



To make a mapo tofu, the most important thing to thank is this mapo tofu sauce. 😂😂😂  < span class="s1">I probably ate 5bowls of rice


Step 1: Stir-Fry Minced Pork < /span>

Step 2: Pour the mapo bean curd paste into the bag

Step 3: Add tofu and stew

Step 4: Drizzle with Sichuan pepper chili oil and put it on a plate

(for no salt at all)  span>

Last course: scrambled eggs with tomatoes


Tomato scrambled eggs was the first dish I learned as a kid! (It should also be the first dish that many people learn) 

Although scrambled eggs with tomato is simple, every scrambled egg with tomato has a different taste.  


Ingredient Preparation:  p>


Three eggs  p>

A Tomato 

Two cloves of garlic  p>

A shallot  0 p0



My mom's tomato scrambled eggs are slightly sweet. 🍬

And the egg beats a lot (a lot of bubbles) 

First scramble the eggs, then take out half-cooked (to keep the eggs tender and smooth).

Then saute minced garlic until fragrant, fry tomatoes, add oil and stir fry tomatoes and add two spoons of sugar! Be sure to take two scoops!

Then add a small bowl of hot water and continue to stir fry until the tomatoes become sandy, then put the eggs into the pot and add a little salt to the pot. Mix well and serve on a plate!  


A plate of super delicious tomatoes is done! 😄

带我的胃回家!

出门在外,带着一个思乡胃,日子也是非常的不好过! 

眼看中秋就要来了,非常想念蛋黄莲蓉月饼、云腿月饼。还有我妈做的菜!

所以,今天! 我就要做一桌好菜来抚慰自己的乡思胃。



豇(jiang第一声)豆酿肉🤗


食材准备:  豇豆   肉末   香菇   蒜末   李锦记酱油、蚝油      料酒     



第一步: 香菇切丁,蒜瓣切末蓝后把所有的食材搅拌均匀。


第二步: 把豇豆放入煮沸的水中,煮半熟。 捞出,放进冰水里快速降温。 让豇豆的口感可以更脆一些 


第三步:把做好的酿豇豆放入油锅中,微煎。 加料酒和蚝油盖盖子焖煮


第四步:装盘,完工!  👏👏👏

麻婆豆腐


食材准备:李锦记麻婆豆腐酱    盒装豆腐    小葱   豇豆酿肉中的肉😄   花椒辣油



做好一份麻婆豆腐,最要感谢的就是这份麻婆豆腐酱。😂😂😂  大概吃了有5碗饭


第一步:爆炒肉末 

第二步:倒入正袋的麻婆豆腐酱

第三步:放入豆腐炖煮

第四步:淋上花椒辣油,起锅装盘

(对根本不用加盐) 



拌饭吃一口! 爱上了我自己✌🏻



最后一道:番茄炒蛋


番茄炒蛋是我小时候学会的第一道菜!(应该也是很多人学会的第一道菜) 

虽说番茄炒蛋简单,但是每家的番茄炒蛋都有不一样的味道。 


食材准备: 


三个鸡蛋 

一个番茄 

两瓣大蒜 

一棵小葱 



我妈做的番茄炒蛋是略带甜口的。🍬

并且蛋会打的比较发(打出很多泡泡) 

先炒蛋,然后半熟乘出,(保持鸡蛋的嫩滑口感)。

然后爆香蒜末,炒西红柿,加油翻炒西红柿放入两勺糖!一定要两勺!

然后加入小碗热水继续翻炒炒至番茄出沙,再把蛋放入锅中,回锅加少许盐。 拌匀后出锅装盘! 


一盘超下饭超好吃的西红柿就完成了! 😄
