Simply delicious dishes

Mapo Tofu

Ingredients:

Ps: Mapo tofu uses minced pork, but I can't find it in the supermarket, so I directly use ready-made beef granules instead. Haha, it's delicious too


After a bite, there is a faint smell of wine, which should be the taste of rice wine. The package says medium spicy, but it's not spicy at all hahaha, just a little bit spicy. The saltiness is moderate, no need to add water to adjust the taste ~ I used to make mapo tofu (forgot what sauce) I have to add a small bowl of water to reduce the saltiness, but Lee Kum Kee mapo tofu sauce is completely unnecessary! I should belong to the typical Guangzhou people. I don't like spicy or salty. So I like the taste of this sauce very much~




Fried steak

Ingredients:

Steak 1 chunk

Butter 1 chunk

thyme 2 root  

Garlic 4-5 garlic

Pepper

Salt

Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper Sauce


I left out the thyme and garlic (forgot to buy it). You can put it or not, it will be more fragrant.


First: apply salt and pepper on the front and back of the steak (you can hammer the steak with a small hammer, and the taste is good)

Second: Heat oil in a hot pan (I used olive oil)

Third: Toss butter, thyme, garlic, steak



If it's half-cooked, I fry each side for about a minute, but it depends on the situation. I, a kitchen novice like me, just cut it with a pair of scissors and fry it until the color is satisfactory. until.



Dangdang~ Finally out of the pot~ Drizzle with Lee Kum Kee's black pepper sauce~ It's super delicious, I tell you! ! ! I suddenly remembered that the black pepper juice seems to be fried with water. Coke Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Chicken Sauce



This dish is also very simple!

Chicken wings/Put the chicken thighs in cold water, bring to a boil, and then cook 3min. Remove water and impurities and remove.

简简单单做好吃的菜啦

从学会做饭开始就一直很喜欢用李锦记这个牌子的各种酱料来做饭,就算再怎么手残也好都不会做的难吃。煮出来都是特别香的味道。下面选做起来很简单又好吃的三道菜大家可以看一下~

麻婆豆腐

李锦记麻婆豆腐酱的后面有教程,我是按着教程去做的啦啦啦啦~

食材:

李锦记四川麻婆豆腐酱料 中辣 1

嫩豆腐1

牛肉粒1

2



做法也很简单


先热锅,加花生油,然后加牛肉粒弱火翻炒。






等牛肉看起来差不多熟了就放李锦记四川麻婆豆腐酱,搅拌均匀~






然后放嫩豆腐~搅拌均匀~小火焖个两分钟。



当当当~做好啦~放葱~



Ps:麻婆豆腐用的是猪肉末,但是我超市找不到我就直接用现成的牛肉粒代替哈哈哈,也很好吃噢


吃一口就一股淡淡的酒味,应该是米酒的味道。包装上面写的是中辣,其实一点都不辣哈哈哈,也就一点点点点的辣。咸淡适中,不需要加水调和味道~我以前做的麻婆豆腐(忘了什么酱了)我都要加小半碗水降低一下咸度,但是李锦记麻婆豆腐酱完全不需要!我应该属于典型的广州人吧。不喜辣不喜咸。所以我很喜欢这款酱料的味道~




煎牛排

食材:

牛排 1

黄油 1

百里香 2  

4-5

胡椒

李锦记黑椒汁酱


百里香和蒜我没放(忘记买了)。可放可不放,放了会更香。


第一:牛排正反抹层盐,胡椒(有小锤子可以锤一下牛排,口感跟好)

第二:热锅热油(我用的是橄榄油)

第三:扔黄油,百里香,蒜,牛排



半熟的话,我每一面大概煎一分钟,不过看情况啦,我这种厨房小白,都是感觉差不多了就一个剪刀剪下去,煎到颜色我满意为止。



当当当~最后出锅啦~淋上李锦记的黑椒汁~超好吃我跟你说!!!忽然想起来黑椒汁好像要加水炒一下来着,直接加下去会太咸,当然了瓶身有教程,不难不麻烦~


Ps:牛排最好放置5分钟之后再吃噢。我老师告诉我这样的目的是为了让牛排里面聚集在中间的汁慢慢地渗透到整块牛排。会更好吃





可乐鸡翅

食材:

鸡腿 喜欢几个放几个

可乐 1

李锦记调味鸡汁



这一个菜也很简单!

鸡翅/鸡腿冷水下锅,煮沸后再煮3分钟。除去水和杂质,捞出。

锅里放油炒至金黄色。

倒可乐,没过鸡翅/鸡腿。

加入李锦记调味鸡汁调味(这里我都随意放,吃到适合自己的味道就可以了)



中火炖至浓稠,鸡翅被汤汁包裹即可。


Ps 不要等到汁水太干噢,不然会焦的!!!
