用好酱,做硬菜

吃肉才有力气学习,晒三道稍微有点费时间但是巨下饭的硬菜。都加了李锦记蒸鱼豉油,其实平时我比较喜欢用蒸鱼豉油代替酱油,感觉那个味道更香,还有一点甜味。🤤🤤🤤



红烧排骨,喜欢浓油赤酱的菜,特别下饭🌞。排骨其实很容易熟,但是喜欢烧到用筷子一剥能脱骨的程度是最棒的。


最近第一次尝试做的梅菜扣肉。这个真的是费时的一道菜,要先煮再炸再蒸,梅菜还要加香料和酱汁炒一下才能盖在肉上面蒸🤣🤣。但是真的好下饭,拌饭能吃好几碗!



卤肉饭,肉燥卤做一次能保存起来吃好久,还可以拿来拌面,拌烫好的蔬菜。

其实做起来不难,就是很费时间,一般要炖一个多小时,炖得越久肉越软烂。卤肉饭里面的肉硬了很影响口感的🤧🤧
