尤其是像小葱拌豆腐这样的
锦珍的质地相对其他酱油类产品 要稀很多
算是酱油类产品中 比较清淡的一款
所以在拌菜 尤其是豆腐这种特别容易吸附酱汁的
就很友好
吸满了 也不会太咸
锦珍的配料相对简单些
就是些大豆啊麦子啊 一丢丢盐
发酵的时间也不算太久（盲猜的）
所以喜欢清淡口味的生抽的小伙伴
锦珍可能是最好的选择了
