#BlackFriYay!# This is a chili powder that I always use when cooking fish. Well, I actually use them as the final touch. I would put them on top, like right in the middle and put some hot oil on top to make the smell of the whole dish smell fantastic. It really gives the dish a different flavor. Without the chili powder, it wouldn't taste as good. Recommend this to anyone who likes to cook at home.
