# BlackFriYay! # Sichuan Pixian paste used in a lot of Sichuan dishes. This is the less aged version and hence much less expensive. This version also has added Red Chili Oil. This product tastes very good as a condiment to add to any number of dishes. Yes there is heat, but with great flavor.
