# 兔然就过年了 # 這款五香牛肉味湯麵還是第一次吃,湯底是偏深棕色,味道還不錯,五香牛肉的味道是濃濃的,麵也是挺爽口的!唯一美中不足的就是在運輸過程中麵有點壓碎,但絲毫不影響啊,要是全碎的話可以做成乾撈麵,一樣很好吃!醉雞我還加上了最近同樣是在 YAMI 亚米 買的榨菜,脆脆的也很好吃喔! 雖說方便麵是快手餐,但我泡方便麵的方式比較迂迴,通常都是先用開水把麵泡開了就把水倒掉,如果泡出來的水顏色比較深的話會在泡一次,但出前一丁的麵餅質量還是不錯的,泡的第一次水基本還是清澈見底的,而且幾乎不油。把泡開了的方便麵放到碗裡,再倒入調料包,最後加入熱水攪拌到調味料融化就可以啦!
