Tonkotsu Ramen is much healthier than ordinary instant noodles~ The noodles and soup should be cooked separately. I like spicy, so I added a packet of chili oil with snail powder~ The soup base is not bad, it is delicious tonkotsu flavored topping, added fat beef fish balls and my own candied eggs, satisfying 🌟
