I couldn't bear the curiosity and bought a box to have a taste. It tasted almost the same. There was no vinegar bag in it. Super delicious and finished it in one go, but 螺霸王 The only downside is that I am really thirsty after eating, so I have to drink water. There is a pair of (stainless steel?) chopsticks in it😉😁  Generally speaking, it is more convenient than boiled noodles, but the boiled noodles are thicker and more delicious. But if you want to be convenient and fast without washing dishes and pots, it is still highly recommended.
