It has a layer of runny egg yolk on the outside. It's not salted egg yolk, it's sweet egg yolk. The outer layer is a salty-sweet crispy layer that is slightly salty, with a light milky aroma. # 全球购 # 台湾TACHIA MASTER大甲师 芋泥Q心。这款的调味是四款里最丰富的,如果没有那个年糕内芯就好了嘤嘤嘤我不喜欢年糕。好在里面的那个糯米年糕一样的内芯不算很多。很q弹的,一口下去稍微稍微有一点点拉丝。但是这个东西是没有调味儿。 它外面是有一层流心的蛋黄的。不是咸蛋黄,是甜蛋黄。再外面一层就是微微偏咸口的咸甜酥层,带着淡淡的奶香。这个味道跟陈允宝泉的那个酥皮月饼的调味非常接近。甜度也是刚刚好,最最外层有点像是潮湿的不干燥的月饼外皮。这一整块儿看着都有点像月饼的感觉,挺好吃的。(58)
