yami_featured_image # 冬日养生 # 采芝林的药膳汤料包。 采芝林的产品,我已经不是第一次入手了,几年前就在亚米入过采芝林的美容养颜佳品:桃胶,皂角米和雪燕,配银耳和冰糖一起煮太好吃了。采芝林有着百年品质,源自于1806年,参茸滋补的不错选择。这次试试采芝林的药膳汤料包,24节气汤料包之立夏节气汤――参须莲子汤。 ➡️内含5种养生食材: 人参须:滋补炖汤圣品,直接吃略带苦味。 白莲子:常做银耳莲子汤,莲子桂花藕粉。 芡实:养胃食材,口感绵软,可以煮养胃粥。 蜜枣:是割过纹理的金丝蜜枣,但没去核。 白果:口感Q弹,白果炖鸡是名菜。 其中人参须的份量还挺多,因为说明写着人参食用量每天要小于3克,再加上我喜欢淡淡的人参味不要太浓,所以准备把这包人参分成几次来炖汤。说明写的可以炖瘦猪肉,但是我决定炖鸡汤,因为我以前在亚米买过好几次速食韩国参鸡汤,味道很不错,所以就想试试自己用这包汤料做一锅类似的参鸡汤。 这次没用完的人参须和其他食材,接着下次再做一锅参鸡汤,所以这一包汤料可以用不止一次,分开几次煲汤,饮食清淡为主。 ➡️【准备食材】: 采芝林汤料包,绿豆,生姜,大蒜,洋葱,鸡肉,花生油,芝麻油 ➡️【制作过程】: 1,清水洗净人参须,白莲,芡实,白果,蜜枣并浸泡30分钟。 2,生姜,大蒜,洋葱,切片备用,锅中倒入花生油,放入生姜大蒜洋葱开火炒香,然后加入生鸡腿继续炒出鸡油的香味,一定要用带鸡皮的鸡腿,用土鸡煲汤更佳。 3,食材炒香以后(先炒香这一步是煲汤又香又漂亮的秘密),直接在同一个锅子中倒入少量水不要淹过鸡腿,中火熬制汤变黄白色,然后再多加入适量水淹过鸡腿继续熬制。 4,锅内倒入采芝林汤料包:人参须,白莲,芡实,蜜枣,白果,大火煮至沸腾后转中小火,煲20分钟后加入洗好的少许绿豆,再煲30分钟至绿豆软烂。加绿豆的灵感来自于亚米的某种韩国参鸡汤,实践证明加绿豆是让汤变浓稠的好办法。(💚️绿豆我用到了在亚米买的有机绿豆超级大一包可以吃很久,装绿豆的小容器用到了在亚米买的关茶礼盒里装点心的小盒子,用处很多,因为形状大小刚刚好。) 5,出锅最后放盐调味,整个过程我用的是传统不锈钢高压锅的锅身,这种老式的锅侧面和底部都一样很厚实,四周加热均匀,很适合煲汤用。 ❤️在寒冷的冬天享用如此营养又美味的自制参鸡汤,可用参鸡汤泡饭,简单的一顿大餐!我还用到了羊肉泡馍的灵感,舀一碗自制参鸡汤来泡上一点自家做的饼(做饼用到了在亚米买的韩国面粉),参鸡汤泡馍太好吃了!连汤带肉和采芝林的5种食材通通吃掉!
