I have been taking Svelty Triple Decomposition for a while and I think it is very good. I took it before dinner. The package said 4 capsules per day. I only took two capsules. I am not sure about the efficiency of its glycolysis. It is pretty smooth in the morning. In addition, I packed the Xingu enzyme that I originally wanted to buy.
