Big fan of barley products
My favorite is the invincible barley water. I bought it not to remove dampness, but to drink it well. It tastes slightly like rice soup.

最喜欢的是仁者无敌的薏仁水 我买他已经不是为了祛湿了 而是好好喝 淡淡的有点像米汤的味道
懒的时候可以在烧开水的时候时候扔进茶壶 然后倒出来就可以直接喝 一包有7小袋 冲泡的话一袋可以泡3次吧 扔进水壶就直接煮一壶
冬天缩在沙发上喝薏米茶吃零食看剧 真的超舒服
另外两种也很好喝 一个是粉末冲泡的 一个也是小袋装冲泡的 个人更喜欢仁者无敌的味道 但这两个胜在数量多 而且买不到仁者无敌的时候就疯狂囤这两种薏仁茶
至于haba的薏仁美肌片 其实就是酵素 但和其他酵素不同 他是早上空腹的时候吃 也不会像别的酵素一样很直接的催人上厕所 比较温和挺安心的 也会继续回购
