有一种家的味道,叫做热干面。

它是武汉过早的最佳首选,每天早早小巷里就开始准备起来了,一把碱水面下锅,人也随着袅袅升起的烟而暖和起来。

拌上芝麻酱,辣椒油, 葱花,等调料,

咸,鲜,辣,香,色泽黄润,让人欲罢不能。



我最喜欢里面满满的芝麻酱香了,蘸满面条,吃得满口都是香味,来了美国以后真是好是想念!

虽然美国再也找不到那个巷子,但还是可以找个差不多的解解馋呢!


我特别喜欢早餐的时候吃它,好吃又饱腹,用微波炉就行,超级方便省事,还能加个蛋,下面就带大家看看我的早餐制作过程吧~

用的是非油炸碱水面

辣度非常非常低,只是起到丰富味道口感的效果,不吃辣的朋友也可以接受!

里面足足8包,一天一包一个星期都吃不完,性价比满分。


每包包括一个碱水面饼,芝麻酱,辣椒油,酱油,还有葱花。


微波炉煮面第一步:把面饼放进一个碗里,然后加入没过面饼的水,放进微波炉叮两分半钟


第二步:加鸡蛋

每逢煮面条我都喜欢加鸡蛋!就瞬间感觉丰富营养饱腹了好多呀!

这个时候面条已经变软了一些了,搅拌一下以后打入一个鸡蛋,然后用面条盖住鸡蛋,再叮3分半钟


第三步:搅拌酱料

叮面条的时候拿出另一个碗,把酱料全都倒进去,然后搅搅搅搅拌均匀就行

事先搅拌好会比直接加入面条均匀很多呢~

辣椒油全倒也没关系,不辣的~


第四步:搅拌酱料和面条,开吃!

叮!面条叮好以后把面条夹到有酱料的碗搅拌均匀,再撒上葱花,就大功告成了!是不是超简单!

每根面条都蘸满了芝麻酱的浓郁香味,吃完一天都能量满满~~~

也可以根据喜好,加入萝卜干,榨菜之类的配菜~

鸡蛋做出来是全熟的,如果喜欢流心的效果,就叮三分钟面条以后,加入鸡蛋再叮三分钟就好啦~
