🦀 Spicy King Crab

Come on, my cousin is here. Last weekend, my cousin and my brothers bought a king crab freshly shipped from Alaska and practiced it for one of my close friends. Although he will definitely eat and drink whatever he wants after returning to China, he has been drunk for several years. The friendship of the dating group may not exist in the future, so I decided to be proud. The king crab that I bought this time is more than 8lbs. It is very playful to say that it is too heavy. I can't hold it anymore

This time I chose the king crab's joints and tongs. After removing them, clean them and use tools to break the crab shells (if there are cracks, it is enough). Sauté the prepared onion, ginger, and garlic in oil until fragrant, add 1spoon of bean paste and2spoon Liupo hot pot base. After the base material dissolves, add a small amount of dried chili and pepper. After sautéing the spices for two minutes, pour in the crab and stir fry over high heat.




Do not add water, open the lid and simmer over low heat. When the moisture is received to the remaining 1/3, add a small amount of fresh peppers, cover the pot and simmer 3-5minutes (adjust the time according to the sauce in the pan). After opening the lid, add the shallots, stir-fry for a few times, and serve.




The meat of the king crab is very fresh and sweet. After stir-frying the spicy ingredients, it tastes especially delicious. The crab shell is especially delicious. It feels like it is accompanied by beer< span class="s4">🍺 would be even better.

🦀香辣帝王蟹

来来来,表妹驾到。上周末表妹跟大兄弟们买了一只阿拉斯加新鲜空运回来的帝王蟹,给其中一位挚友践行,虽然他回国之后肯定胡吃胡喝想吃啥都有,但是持续了好几年的饭醉约饭集团的友谊,可能以后不会有了,因此决定豪一把。这次买的帝王蟹,选的足足有8磅多,非常戏精的说一句:重得都快抱不起来了









这么高级又豪华的食材,我们一群饭醉集团成员一共给变身出了51汤。其中最最下饭的还是香辣蟹。鉴于我的粉丝重口味的偏多,所以今天主要给大家介绍一下香辣蟹怎么做。






这次选择的是帝王蟹的关节还有钳子,卸下来之后清洗干净,用工具把蟹壳敲碎(有裂缝即可)。把准备好的葱姜蒜用油爆香,加入1勺豆瓣酱跟2勺六婆火锅底料。等底料化开之后,加入少量干辣椒与花椒。爆香料两分钟之后,倒入螃蟹大火翻炒。




不加水,开盖小火焖煮。等水分收到至剩下1/3时,加入少量新鲜尖椒,盖锅盖焖3-5分钟(依锅内酱汁调整时间)。开盖后加入葱段翻炒几下,出锅。




帝王蟹的肉质本来就极其鲜甜,香辣配料翻炒后,吃起来特别下饭,蟹壳吃起来尤其好吃,感觉配上啤酒🍺会更棒。




这一次表妹还做了其他几款螃蟹料理,但是由于时间关系并且说了你们也吃不上,我就不馋大家了😝不过香辣蟹是当天最受重口味朋友们的喜爱,希望圣诞将至,我的粉丝们也可以按照这个做法,与家人朋友吃个美美的大餐。
