Super Easy Garlic Roasted Eel

This is the frozen eel I bought at the supermarket. Because the bones are not easy to slice, I cut them into pieces and fry them.

The ingredients are very simple, shallots, ginger slices, garlic segments, eel, Baiweizhai spicy shrimp and crab seasoning, cooking wine pepper, water starch. In fact, I also added a bit of Cooking Master, which I like to use recently. Adding a bit of fried cabbage immediately made it much fresher.

超简单的蒜烧鳝段

过年了做点肉菜吃吃,这是我在超市买的冷冻鳝鱼,因为带着骨头不好切片就直接切段来炒了。

材料很简单,小葱,姜片,蒜段,黄鳝,百味斋香辣虾蟹调料,料酒胡椒,水淀粉。其实我还加了一点烹大师,最近很喜欢用那个,炒包菜加一点立刻鲜了很多。

首先姜蒜大块爆锅,加入蒜段爆炒

加入水和烹大师盖锅焖十分钟左右,撒上葱花,玉米淀粉加水和黑胡椒做成水淀粉收汁就可以啦!
