yami_featured_image 用李锦记叉烧酱做的叉烧猪排,其实就用李锦记叉烧酱啥都不加也可以,超简单。 我在叉烧酱里加上生抽老抽蚝油胡椒粉鸡粉让口味更丰富一点,腌制半天以上再烤会比较入味。猪排两面用刀背剁几下好入味,烤箱400度正反两面各六分钟(根据厚度),翻面取出来抹上剩下的腌酱,可以抹蜂蜜这样表面会漂亮一些。我出烤箱之前会用炙烤功能表面烤焦一点点。
