Kuaishou Fan Steamed Scallops

I saw frozen scallops in Yachao two days ago, the ones with shells, I immediately wanted to eat steamed scallops with fans, and I bought them and made them at home.
Of course fresh scallops are better, our small village has limited resources 😂😂
 


Ingredients: scallops, a ball of Longkou vermicelli, garlic, steamed fish and soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, chicken essence, vegetable oil, chopped pepper, green pepper (not added)

First, take the scallops off the shell and clean them to remove black lines and the like. The shells should also be washed. It is best to brush them with a toothbrush.
Marinate the scallops in cooking wine for ten minutes to remove the fishy smell. Before steaming, I will pour out the cooking wine and wash it again with water.

Sauce: garlic, steamed fish soy sauce, vegetable oil, chicken essence, salt

Mash the garlic into minced garlic or cut it into minced garlic, saute it with vegetable oil until fragrant, keep the fire small so that it won't burn, it will be bitter. Add the rest of the seasoning and taste it yourself, don't make it too salty because the fans suck the flavor.

快手粉丝蒸扇贝

前两天在亚超看到冷冻扇贝,带壳的那种,立刻就想吃粉丝蒸扇贝了赶紧买回家做。
当然有新鲜扇贝更好,我们小村子资源有限😂😂
 


材料:扇贝,龙口粉丝一团,蒜,蒸鱼豉油,料酒,盐,鸡精,植物油,剁椒,青椒(不加也可以)

先把扇贝从壳上拎下来清洗干净去掉黑线之类的,壳也要洗干净,最好用牙刷刷一下噢。
扇贝放料酒腌个十分钟去腥,我蒸之前还会把料酒倒掉再用清水清洗一遍。

调味汁:蒜,蒸鱼豉油,植物油,鸡精,盐

蒜弄成蒜泥或者切成蒜末,用植物油爆香,火小一点不要烧糊了会苦。加入剩下的调料,自己尝一尝味道,别太咸了因为粉丝很吸味道。

扇贝上面放上粉丝,粉丝放到壳上之前用筷子绕一下变成一团一团的

放上扇贝然后每个撒上适量调味汁,别加多了噢,味道淡了后期还能加调料但是咸了就很麻烦,我还加了一点青椒末增加颜色哈哈哈其实对味道影响不大

蒸好之后上面放一丢丢红剁椒,不但增色而且增香。六个根本不够吃啊我一个人两分钟就吃完了😋😋😋😋
