My three favorite breakfast shops in Pheasant City

I am in Tucson AZ, but there are really too few Chinese restaurants in our village, so I will use the food recorded in a limited number of food tours of Pheasant Village to give everyone Amway my favorite restaurants, which will probably be divided into several series.

First Place: E&J Yummy Kitchen

I miss the egg rice rolls in a bubble lunch box that I could eat when I was a child in Guangzhou 早餐, but the smooth rice rolls in the place where I had morning tea could not find the same feeling as when I was a child. Since I found this restaurant that eats rice noodles, I have found the feeling of my childhood. Although it is not authentic in Guangzhou, I am always satisfied.

Recommended dishes:
Beef sausages, barbecued pork sausages, vegetarian sausage noodles There are many choices. I think beef sausages are the best, and the beef tastes very smooth. I usually add a double egg, just to eat cool.

Second place: garage restaurant garage restaurant

Tianjin早餐 is also a place I often go to. Although I grew up in Guangzhou, but later moved to Beijing, I also encountered a lot of Tianjin-style dishes. Plus I like carbohydrates, so I also go to this garage restaurant many times.

Recommended dishes:
Love them so much Candy Skin is the oil cake with a layer of brown sugar on top. It's crispy and soft, and I can't stop eating it. It's delicious.
Their steamed buns, wontons and dumplings are very affordable and taste good, and they are handmade.
You can also order it if you like to eat rice noodles. It depends on everyone's taste. Some people like it and some don't. I think it's quite authentic.
Pancake fruits and rice balls are not recommended personally. There is still a gap between the pancake fruits and the authentic ones, both in terms of taste and texture. The rice balls are flawless. The fried dough sticks inside are too solid and not crispy. I will introduce two more delicious rice balls than this one later.

Third place: four sea restaurant

Although this is a chain store, I don't go there many times, so it can be regarded as a very stable one.

Recommended dishes: their house Douhua is still good, no other home has this, I am a sweet beancurd party haha, I like to add sugar and honey.
Rice balls You can choose a lot of ingredients. I like the ones with marinated eggs and sauerkraut. The meat floss, marinated eggs, sauerkraut, eggs, and dried radish are really satisfying.
The buns and omelettes are also pretty good, I think their tastes are a bit bland. I bought a cold dish with dried tofu from their house, and I thought it was ordinary.

Actually, 早餐 in Xiaoyawu is still delicious, especially this rice ball, I always go to buy bread in the morning, just to buy this rice ball. The fried dough sticks in their rice balls are especially crispy! The special rice ball contains Taiwan sausage, meat floss, and vegetable egg. Just look at the ratio of ingredients and stuffing to know that it must be super delicious!

山鸡城中，我最爱的三家早餐铺

我在Tucson AZ,但要写我们村子的中餐厅真的是太少了，于是用有限的几次山鸡村美食之旅记录下的美食给大家安利我喜爱的餐厅们，大概会分为几个系列。

一日之计在于晨，第一个要聊的当然是最重要的早餐。不想我们这些村村，山鸡村地大物博，每天早上都能吃到不同特色物美价廉的美食。我在这里安利三个我比较喜欢去的早餐铺。

第一名: 银潮美食坊 E&J Yummy Kitchen

怀念小时候在广州早餐能吃到的泡沫饭盒装着的鸡蛋肠粉，无奈喝早茶的地方那种光滑的肠粉根本找不到小时候那种感觉。自从找到了这家吃肠粉粥面的店就找到了小时候的感觉，虽然没有广州本地的正宗但总归是满足了。

推荐菜:
牛肉肠，叉烧肠，素肠粉各种选择很多，我觉得牛肉肠最好吃，牛肉口感很滑。我一般会加双蛋，才吃的爽。
他们家的 云吞面和 鱼片粥也超好吃，早上吃暖暖的很养胃。

第二名:车库美食 garage restaurant

天津早餐也是我经常去的地方，虽然生长在广州但后来搬去北京也接触了很多天津口味的菜。加上本身喜欢碳水化合物，所以也是去吃不少次这家车库餐厅。

推荐菜:
超爱他们家的 糖皮儿，就是那个上面一层红糖的油饼，现炸出来酥酥软软的一口接一口忍不住一直吃，太香啦。
他们家的包子，馄饨和水饺分量都很实惠，味道也是不错的，能吃出来是手工做的。
喜欢吃锅巴菜的也可以点，这个看大家口味，这个味道比较特殊有人喜欢也有人不喜欢，我觉得还算正宗。
煎饼果子和饭团个人不是很推荐，煎饼果子离正宗的还有差距，不管是味道还是口感。饭团呢无功无过，里面油条口感太扎实了也不脆，后面会介绍两款比这家更好吃的饭团。

第三名:四海餐厅 four sea restaurant

这家虽然是连锁但去的次数不多，也算是出品很稳的一家吧。

推荐菜:他们家 豆花还是不错的，别家都没有这个，我个人是甜豆花党哈哈，喜欢加糖加蜂蜜。
饭团可以选择料多的，我喜欢加了卤蛋酸菜的，那一口下去有肉松卤蛋酸菜鸡蛋萝卜干实在是满足。
刈包和蛋饼也都还不错的，我觉得他们家口味都偏淡。买了一次他们家的豆腐干的凉菜，我觉得普通。

哎别急，还有彩蛋！之前不是说有两个比车库好吃的饭团么？多我要隆重介绍我最喜欢的饭团，来自小雅屋 。

其实小雅屋的早餐还是很好吃的，特别是这个饭团，我每次都特意早上去买面包，就是为了买这个饭团。他们家饭团里面的油条特别脆！特制饭团里面有台湾香肠，肉松，菜圃鸡蛋，看看这个料和馅的比例就知道它一定超好吃了！
