亚米大小姐2018种草记第6期 | 谢霆锋打call的拌面有多好吃?

上期提到我最爱2017十大美味泡面榜里的小拌面。其实还有款葱油拌面,在我心里是男神级别的地位。

这个kiki拌面是舒淇首创的品牌,余文乐、郑秀文、杨千嬅、陈奕迅……都吃过,号称半个娱乐圈都在吃的面。 

我是某天无聊的时候看《十二道锋味》被种草的。 

那期谢霆锋去舒淇开的餐厅吃饭,看到他给这个面打call,这个评价可以说非常高了。 

虽然明明知道有广告的成分,但还是按捺不住我对食物的好奇心啊,就想试试这个到底好不好吃,然后就一入面碗深似海了…… 

包装很朴素,很符合葱油拌面本身的气质。 

一大包里面有5袋,每袋只有简简单单的面条和酱料包。 

面条用开水煮5分钟,捞出以后拌上酱料就可以吃了,厨房小白也能get的简易操作。

这个面吃起来确实不一般,对于一碗没有配菜没有汤底给它加持的简简单单的拌面来说,面条本身决定了它好不好吃。 

面条虽然看起来细,但吃起来确实真的很筋道!因为跟机器生产的妖艳贱货不一样,它是手工擀制的~ 

据说面条还经过天然阳光日晒,难怪吃起来口感Q弹爽滑,没有添加剂的味道。 

酱包的味道调配得肥肠好,葱油味超香,闻到那个味道我都不想摆拍直接开吃了,浓郁的大豆酱和葱油香紧紧包裹着面条,每一口都是满满的幸福感。 

要说缺点的话,就是一份太少不够我吃了,吃2袋才能过瘾。   

除了葱油口味,还有椒麻口味的,适合口味略重也适合冷飕飕的冬天。辣度适中,花椒味也不会呛得人咳嗽打喷嚏,一碗落胃,人就慢慢暖起来了。
