藕粉的正确冲泡姿势
心心念念的藕粉终于到啦,本来寒假让男票从国内带回来的结果淘宝寄到家里漏了。还好有万能的亚米!
这个藕粉是我目前吃过算是数一数二的了,不会有奇怪的味道,很清甜。个人不喜欢桂花所以买的枸杞莲子口味。
打开是单独包装一小袋一小袋的,分量不多不少刚好保存冲泡
背面写了两种冲泡方法,一种是直接拿热水冲,另一种是拿冷水先溶解再拿热水冲开。我两种都试过了。
这里给大家分享一下我的经验: 这种藕粉其实不需要提前化开,直接热水一次性倒入搅拌一下就好了。我试过先化开,这种的话冷水一定要少,不然冲开水的时候温度不够藕粉烫不熟就失败了。
这种就算是成功的,很顺滑吃到胃里很舒服,味道不会很甜,是淡淡的甜味。可以在里面加点坚果或者果脯碎口刚更丰富噢!
