嫩嫩滑滑蛋包饭

大家好又是我大表妹,很久没来晒单发现亚米多了很多做饭新秀,为了不让大家忘记我这个老腊肉,我决定又一次出现,保持我的人气🙂(这位小姐请问你有事吗??)


这次做的是蛋包饭,是因为最近看《姜食堂》被安牛奶做的蛋包饭真的馋得一塌涂地,导致感冒生病,吃药都不见好。解铃还需系铃人,我想这次只有蛋包饭能治我好了。但是去哪家饭店可以吃到呢?答案是没有。所以我又只能自己给自己做了



这次配料其实很简单,煮好米饭之后,用冬菇肉酱炒肉沫,炒香之后直接拌米饭。装入🍚,倒扣在碟子准备


随后两个鸡蛋搅拌之后,加入油热平底锅。烧得火红时倒入蛋液,用筷子轻轻搅拌表面,以防凝固。注意不能用力过度,导致蛋皮破裂。等底面凝固成型可以脱锅,就直接盖在米饭上面。
