A cup or two in Los Angeles

I am in 洛杉矶. Although I am not a resident, I occasionally go to 洛杉矶 for food. I would like to share with you two of Amway’s more frequent morning tea restaurants. The locals don’t laugh at my knowledge. I hope that everyone can give me more of Amway’s delicious restaurants. I will list them in the target next time I go. 😝😝😝

The first one is the Peninsula Restaurant, as everyone should know, it is very popular, but because there are many seats, there will be seats after a short wait.
The meat dim sum is of course very good. I especially like the pork knuckle with soybeans. The portion is large and the stew is very bad. 😚😚

The main recommendation is of course my favorite carbohydrates. I really like their house Lunjiao cake, it looks fluffy and soft, right! Lunjiao cake tastes sweet, soft and slightly sour from rice fermentation, which is really special. If you don't like the smell, you can order the yellow one Malay cake, full of egg fragrance. The glutinous rice rolls are also delicious. The salty glutinous rice with the waxy taste and the slightly sweet glutinous rice rolls are a perfect match. Quicksand buns are delicious but not as filling as the quicksand buns at the Triumph Palace. that Brown Sugar Hair Cake I remember it was a little gingery or something, not very recommended. Hong Kong-style egg tarts are different from Portuguese tarts without adding whipped cream. The egg taste is stronger, and the fragrant meringue is not greasy at all. The finale must be left to Xian Shui Jiao, tastes like fried meat dumplings, but with more ingredients, similar to glutinous rice chicken, that crispy outside and soft, fragrant and salty taste, not to mention beautiful.

The second Triumphal Palace is one with a higher B grade. The price is higher than that of traditional restaurants, but the products are still exquisite and the taste is indeed very good. Usually it is really popular, and it takes a long time to wait for a seat.
Generally speaking, their tastes are mild, and those with heavy tastes should choose carefully.

Their congee is quite good, with plenty of ingredients and enough portions. I like it everyday Fish fillet porridge.

The chicken feet, ribs, Yuzi and shrimp balls are pretty good, and the fried two intestines are quite good. I really like the crispy fried dough sticks with the smooth rice noodles.

My most recommended is of course their home Quicksand buns, it's not an exaggeration to say that the skin is thin and the filling is full. Once you bite down, the filling will flow out, heaven on earth!

The Easter egg is Shanghai No. 1. Although this restaurant is a local dish, there are also many dim sums to eat. I have been focusing on Lunjiao cakes for 30 years, and I think it's not bad. Although everyone has polarized comments on this restaurant, it is usually very popular. I went twice and there were quite a lot of people and I think their other dishes are also good.

I really love chicken feet, pickled pepper chicken feet, steamed chicken feet in soy sauce, braised chicken feet, and Baiyun chicken feet are all delicious. The chicken feet here are relatively crispy, which I personally like very much.

Their taro cakes are delicious! The taste is solid and it is topped with dried shrimp and preserved meat, very fragrant!

在洛杉矶去品味一盅两件

我在洛杉矶，虽然不是常驻民，但也偶尔为了美食跑去洛杉矶。给大家安利两家比较常去的早茶餐厅，本地人莫笑我见识浅，然后希望大家都可以多多给我安利好吃的餐厅我下次去就列入目标。 😝😝😝

第一家是半岛酒家，这和大家应该都知道，人气很高，但是因为座位比较多所以稍微等一下就有座位啦。
肉类的点心当然都很赞，我特别喜欢黄豆猪手，分量足而且焖得很烂。 😚😚

主要推荐的当然是我最爱的碳水化合物们啦。超级喜欢他们家的 伦教糕，看着就松松软软的对不对！伦教糕吃起来甜甜软软再有点大米发酵的微酸真的很特别。不喜欢那种味道的可以点那个黄色的 马拉糕，蛋香十足。 糯米卷也很好吃，里面咸咸的加了腊味的糯米饭配上微甜的发面卷简直是绝配。 流沙包好吃但是比不上凯旋宫的流沙包馅多。那个 红糖发糕我记得是有一点姜味还是什么，不是很推荐。 港式蛋挞与葡挞不同没有加淡奶油，蛋味更浓一些，加上香香的酥皮完全不会腻。压轴必须留给 咸水角，口感像炸的肉汤圆，但是里面配料更多，类似糯米鸡，那种外脆内软香香咸咸的味道，别提多美了。

第二家凯旋宫是B格比较高的一家,价格比起传统酒家偏贵，但是出品还算精致，味道也确实是很不错的。平时真的人气爆棚，等位都要等很久。
他们家总的来说口味偏淡，重口味的小伙伴慎选。

他们家粥品相当不错，料多分量也足。我日常喜欢点 鱼片粥。

凤爪排骨玉子虾球都还不错，炸两肠还是相当不错的，很喜欢脆脆的油条配着爽滑的肠粉。

我最推荐的当然是他们家的 流沙包，实在是皮薄馅大不为过，一咬下去满满的内馅流出来，人间天堂!
菠菜虾饺不过不失，胜在颜值

彩蛋是 上海一号，这家虽然是本帮菜但也有不少点心可以吃。我是专注伦教糕三十年，点了觉得还不错，虽然大家对这家评价比较两极化但这家平时人气还不错。我去了两次人都挺多的觉得他们家别的菜也还是不错的。

凤爪真的是爱，泡椒凤爪，豉汁蒸凤爪，卤凤爪，白云凤爪都好吃。这家的凤爪口感比较脆，我个人还是蛮喜欢。

他们家芋头糕很好吃！口感扎实上面是虾米腊味，很香!
