几种配饭小菜 之 菌菇/脆笋

其实头两种比较偏零食 



这个笋不是很辣,但有香料的香味,微微一点点点点麻。不是很咸,直接做零食就好。个人觉得还挺好吃的。但至于是不是川辣我也不知道(。


笋比较尴尬,有些挺嫩,有些稍微老一点,能嚼出纤维感个人倒不是那么介意,就吃的时候稍微有一点出戏 


一大袋里面有9小袋(照片里大小),略贵那么一点煮完汤面开一包放上面就挺不错,加一点辣味点缀一下。但我这包里红油很多,每次开袋都要小心翼翼 



和上面笋一个牌子,但这个明显更鲜,味道更丰富。蘑菇真是世界的馈赠啊啊啊啊啊。


蘑菇的话菌盖部分很肉道,菌柄很韧!火候恰到好处!有口感但不会咬不动!但啃菌柄的时候小心塞牙 


这牌子还有个金针菇但是一直断货没买到过不过笋叫香辣脆笋,牛肝菌叫牛干香菌,金针菇应该叫什么?金针香菇金香针菇香金针菇“see you tomorrow”???【你住嘴(。】



这个怎么说一言难尽???金针菇相关几乎全部断货,好不容易抢来两包这个发现调味很迷 


不是很辣,但一开包有种迷之味我个人感觉像水果香精味???蘑菇也是软趴趴一坨,很多菌盖菌柄脱落,菌柄变成扁片,纤维散开进嘴里也不知道是什么味似乎有点酱味?有一点点咸一点点辣但并不吃得很惯去看了看配料表感觉比较有嫌疑的是香辛料和料酒个人不会再回购这款,和我的口味不是很搭😂
