几种配饭小菜 之 菌菇/脆笋
其实头两种比较偏零食…
这个笋不是很辣，但有香料的香味，微微一点点点点麻。不是很咸，直接做零食就好。个人觉得还挺好吃的。但至于是不是川辣… 我也不知道（。
笋比较尴尬，有些挺嫩，有些稍微老一点，能嚼出纤维感… 个人倒不是那么介意，就吃的时候稍微有一点出戏…
一大袋里面有9小袋（照片里大小），略贵那么一点… 煮完汤面开一包放上面就挺不错，加一点辣味点缀一下。但我这包里红油很多，每次开袋都要小心翼翼…
和上面笋一个牌子，但这个明显更鲜，味道更丰富。蘑菇真是世界的馈赠啊啊啊啊啊。
蘑菇的话菌盖部分很肉道，菌柄很韧！火候恰到好处！有口感但不会咬不动！但啃菌柄的时候小心塞牙…
这牌子还有个金针菇但是一直断货没买到过… 不过笋叫“香辣脆笋”，牛肝菌叫“牛干香菌”，金针菇应该叫什么？“金针香菇”？“金香针菇”？“香金针菇”？“see you tomorrow”？？？【你住嘴（。】
