As a fan of Liangpi, I have bought basic Yami's Liangpi.

My favorite is Liangchengmei Liangpi, which tastes great. After eating the miscellaneous sesame sauce cold skin this time, I feel like I have discovered a new world. The unifying disadvantage of packaging Liangpi is that the noodle has a strong taste. I usually heat it up and then rinse it with cold water several times, so that the taste will be much lighter.

I added some coriander myself, because the sesame sauce I chose is not very spicy, and the chili oil is quite fragrant. I will try spicy next time. I felt that the sesame sauce in the sesame paste was not strong enough, so I added another tablespoon of sesame sauce. (By the way, whether it’s the sesame paste bag here or the one you add yourself, it’s best to put it in a small bowl and add a little water to dissolve it, otherwise it won’t be easy to mix)

杂八得凉皮味道了得

作为凉皮狂热爱好者,基本亚米的凉皮都买过。

之前最喜欢的是良呈美的凉皮,口感很棒。这次吃过杂八得的麻酱凉皮之后,感觉发现了新大陆。擀面皮的口感与良呈美不相上下,但最神奇的是里面不但有擀面皮还有呱呱。

其实我是第一次知道呱呱,很有嚼劲我超喜欢,下次单独买呱呱。怎么形容呢,像北京的灌肠那种口感吧哈哈哈。

实在不懂为啥这么多一样的料包哈哈哈我最后只用了一包透明的料包和麻酱包。

加热方法我比较偏爱微波炉,方便快捷。这里安利大创的小塔吉锅,大概两年前买的了,10刀一个,平时微波炉加热面点出来跟蒸的一样很松软,也可以在炉子上用。

包装凉皮的统一缺点是面皮味道比较大。我一般会加热好之后再用凉开水冲几遍,这样味道会淡很多。

这一包压缩得很紧,热出来用筷子戳散量还蛮大的。

我自己加了点香菜,因为选的麻酱味不会很辣,辣椒油还算比较香,下次试试香辣的。觉得光放料包的麻酱的话麻酱味还不够浓,自己另外加了一大勺麻酱。(对了不管是这里的麻酱包还是自己加的,最好先放到小碗里面加一点水解开,不然不好拌)
