Material: dried fungus, dried mushroom, minced meat, glutinous rice, soy sauce Method: Soak the glutinous rice overnight. Soak mushrooms and fungus for 40 minutes before using, and soak them separately. yami_featured_image 之前囤了一袋亚米买的韩国的什么牌子的糯米(sweet rice),一直想做红枣八宝饭但是苦于减肥中要控糖,想想忍住了。这个糯米质量超好,超好用。提前泡一泡特别容易熟,粘粘的又不会口感特别软烂,超喜欢!周末看着被我打入冷宫的糯米,决定配着之前买的干木耳干香菇做个糯米饭吃。 材料:干木耳,干香菇,肉末,糯米,酱油 做法:糯米提前泡一个晚上。香菇木耳用之前泡四十分钟,分开泡。木耳切碎,香菇切碎,肉末切碎,泡香菇的水不要倒掉。热锅放油炒肉末,变色后加木耳和香菇接着炒半分钟,然后倒进去沥干的糯米,炒一分钟,加酱油和盐。然后加香菇水,加到盖过糯米,不要盖锅盖,就让它自己慢慢咕嘟。等到水差不多没了,再加一次香菇水(香菇水没了就加纯净水),盖过糯米,不盖锅盖接着咕嘟,等到水没了,稍微炒一下就可以出锅啦!美滋滋!糯米一定要提前泡,不然熟不了。
