螺狮粉测评

嘻螺会:有卤蛋!这个真的不能再赞了!配料很常规,木耳花生酸笋和那个泡菜,卤料,米醋包和辣椒包,包装看来说煮粉的时候加入一点醋会更有弹性哦~这个亲测有效啊~不过汤汁偏浓的口感,但是浓度比起好欢螺还要差点一点~和另外两个牌子来说,粉比较有咬头,比较Q~缺点就是:粉很少啊,比螺霸王来说少一点,大概少五分之一的量。





好欢螺:粉比较有弹性,和螺霸王一样也是煮十分钟,不过汤汁喝起来比螺霸王更浓一些,个人比较喜欢淡一点的。配料比较常规,腐竹和花生感觉比螺霸王多。汤料有螺狮肉,味道更香浓一些。




螺霸王:粉比较软,煮十分钟就够了不要按说明写的再换水继续煮。首先味道是我喜欢的,辣油很正,汤特别好喝,,够味道!第二,因为螺霸王的汤底无油,我煮螺狮粉的时候,就在碗里加辣油,可以按照自己的接受程度,慢慢加辣油,其次锅里就煮汤底和粉,会比较容易清洗。如果很难接受螺狮粉的味道的朋友,有个小窍门,可以把酸笋和木耳丝放在碗里,最后煮好倒入碗里,房间的味道会淡很多。腐竹和花生是真空包装,感觉腐竹不如好欢螺的好吃。汤料没有螺蛳肉,但是还是蛮香的



麻辣螺狮粉:螺霸王的牌子的,口感评价都和螺霸王差不多,唯一的就是!特别的辣!特别是趁热吃的时候~
