Friends who like ginger can also add sliced ginger.



The baby cabbage should be drained, cut into pieces, shredded onions, bell peppers and green peppers, scallion whites can be shredded and shredded, and if you have a hand like me, you can cut them into oblique slices. Sliced garlic, sliced dried chili.



Heat oil in a pot, put in baby vegetables, that's why you need to drain it, otherwise it will be a disasterFry over medium-high heat for one minute until the baby cabbage is half cooked.



Then another pot, heat oil, add onion, garlic and pepper🌶️Fry fragrant.

下饭一流又全素的干锅娃娃菜

因为昨天的白菜没吃完,今天就来做个干锅娃娃菜吧~



这次用到了亚米买的蚝油、豆瓣酱和干辣椒~



用料:洋葱,娃娃菜,四分之一个红灯笼椒,四分之一个黄灯笼椒,半个青椒,几颗干辣椒,三条葱白,四五颗蒜,蚝油一勺,酱油两勺,豆瓣酱一大勺,适量油,喜欢吃姜的朋友也可以加姜片。



娃娃菜要沥干,切成块,洋葱切丝,灯笼椒青椒切丝,葱白能切丝就切丝,像我一样的手残就切斜片,蒜切片,干辣椒切段。



起锅烧热油,放入娃娃菜,这就是为什么要沥干的原因,不然要成灾难啦……中大火翻炒一分钟至娃娃菜半熟后盛出。



接着另起锅,烧热油后加入葱蒜辣椒🌶️炒香。



倒入辣椒丝和洋葱丝,翻炒一分钟后倒入之前的娃娃菜,这时我们放入一大勺豆瓣酱,两勺蚝油,两勺酱油,翻炒均匀至菜上了层红红的颜色就可以出锅啦!
