This time, I will show you how to eat dried willow snail noodles. Because I have eaten Lubawang's dried snail noodles before, in fact, I personally think that the powder of Luobawang is relatively fine, and the dry taste is not very delicious. However, Liuquan's snail noodles are characterized by thicker noodles, so I tried to make dry snail noodles with soup noodles before, and it was surprisingly delicious.  

First of all, the first part is to cook the noodles and yuba. This time, make sure to cook the noodles thoroughly, because they will not be returned to the pot. After cooking, filter the water and rinse with cold water, so that the taste is more elastic, and there is no need to worry about cold, because the sauce is poured hot later.  
Next to make the sauce, add about 150ml of water to the pot, add the sauce and bring to a boil. Then the point comes, this time to add water starch and stir to thicken the soup.  

Because this is an improved soup powder, if the soup is poured directly on it, it will be very thin, so it must be thickened for the sauce to hang.

The plate should be placed a little higher, it will taste more psychologically delicious hahaha. I added shredded chicken and cucumber myself, and the snail meat is at the top. Of course, the most precious must be donated 😏
Turn off the heat and pour the sauce over it. If you like spicy food, add the chili oil bag and mix it up.

But to be honest, Liu Quan's snail noodle soup dumpling tastes good, but it's really spicy. I usually don't add chili oil. Then the taste of the dry mix will be stronger, so you don't need to pour the whole sauce in, but add a part and taste it before adding more, otherwise it may be more salty!  
Oh yes yes yes, I forgot to talk about the most important snail meat. In fact, the taste is the taste of snail meat like small snacks. The taste is preferred to eat. It is quite fragrant and not very salty, and some are a little sweet and not very spicy. The price is still quite high.

The dried snail noodles have been dried before, and I personally think the taste of the noodles is average. And the 🐷 at home loves this snail noodle because he likes the texture of this noodle. The most famous snail noodles in the legend, when Yami first had it, I killed 5 packets, but after eating it, I think it is not my dish. Applying a single lyric even Luo Bawang can't say what's good, even if no one can replace it.

The earlier product is Luobawang, which is my favorite. Both spicy and original flavors are delicious, but I found that since Luobawang became spicy, many foodies around me have given up the original flavor and went for this one.  

To sum up, the characteristics of spicy snail noodles are that the soup dumplings have a bit of numbness, and there are tofu skins and tofu strips in the ingredients. That tofu stick is really the essence! It is strongly recommended that each version of Luobawang includes this tofu strip.

螺蛳粉“进化论”之真*螺蛳*粉时代

啦啦啦啦我来参加螺蛳粉争霸赛了,作为饲养员为了给家里🐷多喂两包螺蛳粉,兢兢业业来码文。 

其实想写这个文章的重点其实是因为终于吃到了有真螺蛳肉的螺蛳粉!作为日日关注亚米新品的我一下就发现了这款新的螺蛳粉,其实刚开始不知道有螺蛳肉,单纯看到这么可爱的包装立刻就下单了。

这次给大家安利一个干捞柳全螺蛳粉的吃法。因为之前吃了螺霸王的干捞螺蛳粉,其实个人觉得螺霸王的粉比较细,干捞口感不是很好吃。然而柳全的螺蛳粉特色就是粉比较粗,所以我之前就尝试了用汤粉来做干捞螺蛳粉,意外的很好吃。 

首先第一部就是煮粉和腐竹,这次一定要把粉煮透,因为不会再回锅啦。煮好之后滤水,用凉开水冲冷,这样口感比较弹,不需要担心冷了,因为之后酱汁是热的浇上来。 
接下来做酱汁,锅里加大概150毫升左右的水,加入酱汁煮开。之后重点来啦,这时候要加入水淀粉搅拌让汤汁变浓稠。 

因为这个是汤粉改良的,如果汤汁直接浇上去会很稀,所以要让酱汁能挂住必须要让它浓稠起来。

摆盘要逼格高一点,吃起来心理作用觉得更香哈哈哈。我自己加了鸡丝黄瓜丝,螺肉在最顶端那一小撮,最珍贵的当然要供起来😏
关火然后把酱汁浇上去就可以啦,如果爱吃辣的就淋上辣油包,拌一拌就搞定啦。

不过捏实话实说,柳全的螺蛳粉汤包虽然味道好但真的挺辣的,我一般不会另外加辣油啦。然后干拌的味道会更浓,所以酱汁可以不用整个倒进去,一部分一部分加尝一尝味道淡了再继续加,不然可能会比较咸噢! 
噢对啦对啦,居然忘记聊最重要的螺蛳肉。其实口味就是小零食那种的螺肉味道,味道偏好吃的那种,挺香的不会很咸螺味有的还有点点甜,不会很辣。性价比还是蛮高的了。

这款柳全升级版真的还不错的,

既然叫进化论,自然还要细数一下之前几款比较有特色比较火的螺蛳粉类产品。 

首先是前一阵子亚米推的螺霸王家的螺蛳面和干捞螺蛳粉,干捞螺蛳粉之前晒货晒过,个人觉得粉口感一般。然后这款螺蛳面家里的🐷很爱,因为他喜欢这种面的口感。螺蛳面的关键词就是,方便快捷,稍咸,面的口感特殊。

传说中的最出名的螺蛳粉,亚米刚有的时候我秒杀了5包,但吃下来觉得但不是我的菜。套用一个歌词就是螺霸王也说不出哪里好,就是谁也代替不了。
刚开始螺霸王没有醋包的时候第一次见到了好欢螺居然带个醋包,然后吃完觉得加了醋口味没有不加的好。结果现在螺霸王也有醇醋包了哈哈哈哈

怎么说呢其实总体来说还可以,但可能是刚开始期望太高了所以第一次吃到觉得有点失望,且性价比不高扣一分

再早一些的产品就是螺霸王,个人最爱这款。麻辣和原味都很好吃,但我发现螺霸王自从有了麻辣之后我身边好多吃货宝宝都放弃原味投奔这款了。 

总结一下麻辣螺蛳粉的特色就是汤包带点麻味,还有配料里面的豆腐皮和豆腐条。那个豆腐条真的是精髓!强烈建议螺霸王每一款都包括这个豆腐条。

螺霸王最贴心的地方就是汤包不辣可以自己按口味加辣油,就连这款麻辣的汤包也只是微微的麻不会很辣。给我们这次不能吃辣的宝宝很多发挥空间,味道也挑不出毛病。

亚米最早出的螺蛳粉大家还记得么,是柳全和另外一款碗装的。那时候我还是上课的时候悄悄抢螺蛳粉,现在完全不会缺货了。
柳全自然也是这里面人气高的款,评价不多说了(字数限制哈哈)口味正宗大家都知道,但汤包对不能吃辣的我来说不太友好。
