今天我们用到了亚米买的李锦记蚝油~



用料如下:鸡翅(鸡中翅更好,但我喜欢吃鸡翼尖),姜,酱油(有味极鲜的朋友用味极鲜),葱白三条,一听可乐,少许植物油,少许盐,一勺蚝油,锅最好用不粘锅。


首先我们把鸡翅清洗一遍,用刀划上两刀,如果要美观的正面不用划,反面划。接着把姜切成细丝,腌制鸡翅十分钟,去除腥味。把葱白切成段。


起锅倒入少许油,我倒的有点多,接着放入葱白炒出香味,放入鸡翅。


鸡翅煎至表面金黄即可,捞出葱白不让它们粘到鸡翅上影响美观。


倒入一听可乐,一勺蚝油,四勺酱油或者你可以自己把控,撒上少许盐。


盖上锅盖,用小火炖煮,才会入味,每过十分钟翻动一下。用不粘锅可以避免鸡翅烧焦。
