怀螺香 自热螺蛳粉

这是一款麻雀虽小，五脏俱全的螺蛳粉，很方便，懒人福利。

附有：米粉，酱料，酸醋，辣油，榨菜木耳，酸笋，酸豆角，腐竹花生，叉子。

米粉是真空包装的，需要手动掰开。技巧是握住米粉的开端，直着把它拉开来，就很整齐自然的散开来。要不然就会很乱，感觉盒子放不下。这米粉摸起来的感觉很像酸辣粉，已经煮过了。

米粉的口感偏硬，像是泡面那样半硬不软的口感，口感没有袋装自煮的那么柔软。

汤的部分没有袋装的鲜，单纯的卤水，增加一些咸味，没有那种袋装那种该有的味，但是味道还是不错的，不难喝。

配料的部分其实跟袋装的差不多，花生非常香，腐竹有嚼劲。

整体来说还是非常不错的，分量足，能吃饱，汤也喝的不剩😁，分量可能跟螺霸王的螺蛳粉差不多。感觉比懒人火锅实在，一般情况下吃完懒人火锅的菜粉后，是不会去喝汤的，而且感觉吃不饱。

作为一个自煮的螺蛳粉，有这个味道已经算很不错了。
